43 hospital locations for Medical Treatment and Surgery
With Benenden Health we have a national network of 43 hospital facilities at which we can authorise your surgical and other treatment procedures, including access to five hospitals for paediatric services only. More information available upon request. Members might not attend the same facility for surgery as they attend for diagnosis if this was also arranged by us.

We have a national network of over 500 facilities providing our members with access to diagnostic consultations and tests.
National network of physiotherapy clinics
If face-to-face physiotherapy is recommended we will provide this via our national network of physiotherapy clinics.
Members living within our calculation of a two hour drive time of the Benenden Hospital will undergo their diagnostic and treatment services at Benenden Hospital which is rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Subject to the availability of the required specialty.
Members living within our calculation of a 30 minute drive time will attend Benenden Hospital if face to face physiotherapy is recommended.
All other Benenden Health members can choose to use Benenden Hospital should they wish to do so. Please ask us if you would like to attend Benenden Hospital for your diagnostic or treatment appointment.
We complement the NHS by offering access to private healthcare when members experience delays with NHS appointments.
We’re aware that the private healthcare network is also facing demands due to the pressures within the NHS.
Your consultant/healthcare provider will be able to give you guidance, should you face any delays in accessing the service you need.
